Lender Toy Box charges by the number of 'Seats' on an account, with your choice of Monthly or Annual billing. Each 'Seat' is able to generate documents with their name and NMLS ID on them.

Monthly:
Monthly accounts will be charged $35 per Seat at each subscription renewal.

Annually:
Annual accounts will be charged $350 per Seat at each subscription renewal.

Trial Period:
All new accounts receive a 10-day trial period before charges begin.

Assistant Accounts:
All 'Seats' come with a complementary "assistant" account, able to generate documents on behalf of the 'Seat' it is associated with.
